Easter procession at the church of St. Mary in Mosta, Malta.
Hooded "penitentes "carry religious statues through the streets on Good Friday.
The dome of the church, built in 1860, is the fourth largest in the world and survived a direct hit by a bomb in 1942. (The unexploded bomb is still on display in a small museum attached to the church).
